With an idea in mind, bringing turn-by-turn directions to trails on a mobile app and website, Trail See needed a strategy to launch app and bring it to market.
Brand Breadcrumbs started with defining the core problem: users getting lost and trails. Then requirements for the mobile app and website were developed. The team worked with a graphic designer to create the app and website visual design. Next, we built both the app, website and backend in several iterations allowing Trail See to test and improve the app with each iteration. While the app was being finalized an efficient marketing strategy was developed using search, social media and email to launch. A successful launch occurred in the spring of 2015 and measured a steady growth through the fall.
